Color can vary on individual electronic devices, and if you have a concern about particular color or dimensions of a product, please contact us prior to buying a product. In the event that you have received a product that is defective or the wrong product was shipped, we will accept a return. For a return to be accepted, please do the following within five (5) days of delivery:
Contact us at 205.870.5191 between the hours of 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Tuesday-Friday (Central Time) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Provide us with your name, the date of purchase, the product name and the reason you are requesting a return.
Ship the product to us via USPS to Needleworks, LLC, at 2810 Crescent Avenue, Birmingham, AL 35209 in its complete and original packaging.
Upon completion of our instructions and Needleworks, LLCâs receipt of the returned product, we will provide you a replacement or refund.
